This German video from 2014 has English captions. Here some information about the context:

In 2011, the “Federal Republic of Germany” - District Court Dorsten (where I live) - tried to sentence - or correct: silence - me for confessing the Catholic faith. They claimed a) that the “Vatican-2”-sect is the Catholic Church and b) that I would claim to be a member of the V2-sect.

The exspected punishment was four years - or correct: a lifetime - in jail, because to end any punishment, I had to deny the faith, otherwise four years more in prison, and that ad infinitum.

Of course, both claims are totally wrong. I declare openly that V2 is not Catholic, and even if the Court refuses to acknowledge that truth: The very same District Court Dorsten documented that I LEFT the V2-sect.

But the insanity did not stop here: On top of that, the Dorsten Court ruled that an “expert” (a V2-member!) should answer the question whether I am a priest. The “expert” Thomas Schueller did not look into that question at all but totally refused to answer that question which means that in fact he did not write any “expert report” at all. And then everything went totally … (put the right expression here).

The “expert” claimed that there is no proof of my baptism. You cannot imagine that insanity, because I was a regular priest candidate of the V2-sect, so the “expert” inevitably knew that I was baptized. And also the Dorsten Court itself inevitably knew that the “expert” was lying because the same Court itself had documented the cancellation of my V2-membership, which means that I was baptized. That whole “expert report” was just a crazy bunch of insanity and lies.

In the Court hearing I refuted some of those “expert” lies. I presented several documents to the judge, e. g. my diploma. In the end, the Court prohibited me from refuting the “expert report”. Among other things, I must not show or mention my “Diploma of Catholic Theology”, and I must not show or mention that “Vatican 2” did not declare a dogma. Whenever I show my diploma, I can be put into prison for four years.

After that desaster at the Dorsten Court, I went to a higher Court (Muenster) so that the “expert” Thomas Schueller should be prohibited from claiming that there is no proof of my diploma. However the Muenster Court rejected my plea. If an “expert” is not allow to lie in court, freedom of science would be endangered. Therefor I must tolerate that I can put in jail just for showing my diploma. That is German justice.

And yes, that trial costed me a huge amount of money.
