The “Second Vatican Council”

Angelo Roncalli claimed to be elected “Pope John XXIII.” in 1958 and started “Vatican 2” in 1962. From his “Opening Speech to the Council”:

“The Church has always opposed these errors. Frequently she has condemned them with the greatest severity. Nowadays, however, the Spouse of Christ prefers to make use of the medicine of mercy rather than that of severity. She considers that she meets the needs of the present day by demonstrating the validity of her teaching rather than by condemnations.”

In short: No condemnations, no truth.

The most obvious Heresy of V2

Non-Catholic sects are declared to be “means of salvation” (Unitatis redintegratio 3). This is heresy, because according to the dogma, membership in the Catholic Church is necessary (see Council of Florence in 1442, Decree for the Jacobites).

Members of the Vatican-2-sect are NOT members of the Catholic Church.
